• Lead Epic Install Analyst teams through system build, configuration, testing, and implementation activities • Translate implementation standards, methodologies, and strategic priorities into operational execution • Partner with Install Project Managers on scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, and member expectations • Ensure analyst deliverables meet quality standards, implementation milestones, and readiness criteria • Oversee build validation, testing, defect management, and issue resolution • Ensure adherence to implementation methodologies, governance, build standards, change control, and standard operating procedures • Monitor implementation health and escalate risks, barriers, resource constraints, and quality concerns • Drive implementation KPIs for timelines, quality, stabilization, member satisfaction, revenue cycle readiness, and workflow adoption • Lead go-live readiness assessments and ensure technical deliverables are complete • Support go-live events and rapid stabilization, including post-live issue resolution • Monitor post-implementation performance and identify improvement opportunities • Manage team capacity, resource allocation, workload balancing, and staffing plans • Develop analyst capabilities through coaching, training, cross-training, mentoring, performance management, and career development • Establish accountability for performance, productivity, quality, responsiveness, and compliance • Monitor team metrics and operational dashboards to drive continuous improvement • Partner with Training, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Clinical Informatics, Development, Revenue Cycle, and Operational Services • Build relationships with members and internal stakeholders and serve as an escalation point • Support workforce planning, onboarding, succession planning, and talent development • Foster a high-performance, service-oriented culture focused on collaboration, ownership, continuous improvement, and member success • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulations, security, and confidentiality requirements • Report on implementation progress, resource utilization, risks, stabilization outcomes, and team performance • Travel nationally up to 20% for on-site Go Live support
• 6+ years of progressively professional experience in a business service area, in a healthcare and/or IT setting • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience or leadership roles • Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare, health informatics, related field, or equivalent experience • Certification in at least one of: Resolute PB, Resolute HB, PB Claims, HB Claims, SBO, Charge Router • At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute Applications Analyst preferred/ideal • Experience in Epic implementation build • Experience working with Epic in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred • Experience leading Epic implementation activities, including build, testing, go-live readiness, stabilization, and post-implementation optimization • Experience managing implementation risks, dependencies, issues, and cross-functional coordination in complex healthcare environments • Experience supporting implementation projects across ambulatory, acute care, community health center, tribal health, rural health, or integrated healthcare settings preferred • Experience leading teams through multiple concurrent implementations • Strong understanding of implementation methodologies, change control, testing practices, readiness assessments, and stabilization processes • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Proficiency in Smartsheet or similar project management system preferred • Ability to travel based on OCHIN's new member's business needs • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High Speed Internet Service • Ability to work in a distraction-free workplace • COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required as a condition of employment
