📋 Description

• Lead a team responsible for an assigned portfolio of Preferred Technology Partner products and solutions • Provide oversight, leadership, coordination, and management of the assigned PTP program’s portfolio, processes, and functions • Monitor industry developments and trends and align the program portfolio and roadmap • Build and maintain relationships and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders • Design and implement methods to improve portfolio performance, change management, and adoption rates • Introduce innovative ideas and identify systems to sustain growth and improve productivity and efficiency • Serve as subject-matter expert for Preferred Technology products/services processes, value propositions, and use cases • Communicate team decisions, outcomes, accomplishments, performance, and best practices across the PTP team • Assign resources for PTP projects and anticipate future resourcing needs with the PTP Director • Serve as an around-the-clock escalation point • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare, health informatics, related field, or equivalent experience • Minimum of six (6) years of professional business experience, preferably in a healthcare and/or IT setting • Minimum of four years of clearinghouse experience required • Minimum of four years of management or higher-level leadership experience required • Experience with project management and business analysis systems, tools, and tasks • Epic experience required; experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred • Proficiency in Smartsheet or a similar project management system preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required • Ability to travel up to 20% • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis at the time of application • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English • Must be able to remain on camera for all virtual meetings • Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or receive approval for a medical or religious exemption before hire
