📋 Description

• Lead the Epic Product Team focused on Revenue Cycle and Patient Access applications. • Manage daily operations including resource allocation and performance management. • Ensure products solve member needs and align with OCHIN strategies. • Build relationships with members, leaders, and teams across OCHIN.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare, health informatics, related field, or equivalent experience; master’s degree preferred. • Certification in at least one of the following applications is required: Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing, Prelude, MyChart. • 6+ years of progressively professional experience in business service area, in a healthcare and/or IT setting. • Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience or leadership roles. • Experience leading Change Control and Design Review processes. • Experience with Jira is helpful. • Ability to travel - 5%-10%.
