📋 Description

• Contribute to the strategy, design, and optimization of OCHIN’s Epic Security product suite • Provide subject-matter expertise and inform best-practice workflows • Deliver system enhancements • Support organizational initiatives including Gold Stars, Honor Roll, and Epic Upgrades • Build system applications and application packages • Move application packages through multiple environments • Support Security workflows, analytics, and technology • Communicate with application and technical team members and end users • Support member organizations on-site for new software installations when required • Provide training and support Go-Live installations as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of at least 5 years of experience as an Analyst • Current certification in the assigned Epic application(s), Security • Work history in Healthcare IT is required • Demonstrated experience in system application build • Strong understanding of Security workflows, analytics, and technology • Experience building system application packages and moving them through multiple environments • Strong understanding of security infrastructure and functionality for Community Connects, Critical Access Hospitals, and Rural Healthcare • Strong communication skills with application and technical team members and end users • Integrity and accountability • Process- and detail-oriented, with a focus on data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented • Ability to complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High-speed internet service • Ability to work in a distraction-free workplace • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English • Ability to be on camera for all virtual meetings • COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption before the hire date
