📋 Description

• Work directly with Oden customers to scope data analysis and modeling needs for real manufacturing problems • Develop and validate models, algorithms, and methods delivered through the Oden platform • Validate results in live, real-world customer deployments • Partner with engineering to implement and ship solutions • Generalize one-off solutions into next-generation product features • Work with Product to translate customer problems into roadmap requirements • Share results externally, stay current on the field, and help advance the state of the art • Build predictive quality models, machine failure prediction models, and pattern discovery methods for time-series data • Analyze real-time process measurements, external context data, quality, cost, yield, and structured and unstructured process knowledge • Work with agentic AI models and frameworks, including Oden's Agentic Root Cause Analysis methodology • Partner with Customer Success, Product, and customers to define problems, run trials and proofs of concept, and deliver finished work through the Oden platform • Carry projects from initial concept through development and deployment, bridging Oden's technical team and customer stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer • B.S. or M.S. in Statistics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Economics, or a related field • Strong Python skills, including common ML and statistics libraries • Strong SQL skills • Familiarity with process improvement and exploratory techniques, including design of experiments and optimization • Hands-on familiarity with generative AI models for code development, experimentation, and generating insights • Comfort directing frontier AI models and AI agents • Ability and drive to own projects end-to-end, from first experiment to customer delivery • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
