📋 Description

• Serve as a key strategic architect of Offchain's financial future and partner with the executive team on capital strategy and long-term financial planning • Assess the financial status quo and develop an execution plan for improvement • Architect Offchain’s long-term financial roadmap aligned with growth targets and ecosystem evolution • Lead treasury management and capital allocation strategies, optimizing liquidity and risk in a digital-asset-centric environment • Establish enterprise-level standards for financial reporting, audit readiness, and internal controls • Advise the executive team with data-driven insights and financial modeling for high-stakes decision-making and business model optimization • Design and implement a scalable financial technology stack and data infrastructure • Automate routine reconciliations and provide real-time visibility into global performance • Lead cross-departmental initiatives including M&A activity and complex tax structuring • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and strategic partners • Ensure compliance and sophisticated reporting in a complex regulatory landscape

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience • Significant scale-up experience in high-growth technology environments • Track record influencing company strategy, fundraising, and organizational design at Board and executive levels • Experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing finance and accounting teams from the ground up • Mastery of complex financial modeling • Ability to synthesize multifaceted data sets into actionable executive narratives • Ability to instill structure and discipline in an ambiguous, fast-paced scaling startup environment • Exceptional clarity when presenting to the Board, investors, and external regulatory bodies • Ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders • Sophisticated understanding of the crypto landscape, including digital-asset treasury management and blockchain-native financial operations
