📋 Description

• Assist the Offprem Delivery Team in coordinating with clients and completing project deliverables on time and on budget • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding project status and timelines • Develop project timelines with clients and the Offprem Delivery Team • Determine project milestones, completion dates, key deliverable dates, and use-case deadlines • Coordinate availability for meetings and distribute meeting invitations • Track project tasks and timelines against agreed deadlines, milestones, and Statements of Work • Ensure Offprem team members stay on track • Ensure clients complete tasks by requested deadlines and communicate timeline shifts caused by client delays • Use Asana to assign tasks to team members • Take notes during calls and distribute them to client and Offprem teams • Lead weekly status calls and send weekly status reports covering completed tasks, upcoming tasks, next steps, and budget tracking • Lead kickoff calls covering introductions, methodology, scope, and next steps • Respond to client emails and route questions or responses to appropriate project team members • Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies • Identify opportunities or propose solutions for future work

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills • Strong ability to hold project team members accountable to deliverables • Ability to stay organized while balancing several projects at once • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing requirements • High level working knowledge of various components of the Salesforce ecosystem • Experience with a variety of project management tools • Experience working with project management systems and tools • Experience working with multiple clients • Experience with Salesforce solutions is a plus • Ability to work with technical teams and business stakeholders • Candidates may be asked to validate technical knowledge, experience, education, and certifications through structured assessment and credential verification prior to hire
