📋 Description

• Lead the high-velocity implementation practice across Salesforce's entire product ecosystem • Define and maintain standardized delivery playbooks leveraging internal products and tooling • Establish technical guardrails, scope templates, and quality benchmarks for consistent outcomes • Manage Functional, Technical, and Marketing consultants for cohesive multi-cloud bundled jumpstarts • Work with Sales and Solution Engineers to ensure Jumpstart scopes are realistic and technically sound • Protect implementations against scope creep • Track Salesforce’s three annual releases and keep Quickstart templates compatible with new features such as Einstein AI and Flow enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a Professional Services or Consulting environment • Extensive experience leading projects across at least three Salesforce pillars (e.g., Sales, Marketing, and Experience Cloud) • Proven track record of managing high-volume, short-duration projects (weeks, not months) • Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Sales Cloud Consultant • Management certifications like PMP or Agile are preferred • Salesforce certifications will be verified during the application process • Candidates may be asked to validate technical knowledge, experience, education, and certifications through structured assessment and credential verification prior to hire
