• Lead and manage a team of Field Service Engineers for Imaging Systems customer services • Participate in developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans to achieve annual revenue targets • Recruit, onboard, integrate, develop, and retain employees • Foster a culture of integrity and build a productive, customer-focused team environment • Drive business and service strategies to achieve customer loyalty • Manage relationships with regional sales • Implement customer-focused solutions and ensure Net Promoter Score excellence • Adhere to escalation processes • Build and execute the region’s business plan aligned with strategy and goals • Drive operational performance and compliance • Partner with Business Operations to improve efficiency and manage metrics • Ensure regulatory adherence • Own full profit/loss responsibilities for the region • Develop a growth- and productivity-focused business plan • Manage risks and identify growth opportunities cross-functionally • Execute strategic and tactical initiatives balancing revenue growth, productivity, and customer satisfaction • Focus on customer retention, service price realization, and increasing contract capture rates • Collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders across business line management, field sales, distribution channels, administrative functions, technical innovation, and support services • Work in office/home office and/or remote settings and hospital/healthcare environments • Travel approximately 60% across the specified geography, including occasional overnight, air, and train travel
• 5+ years of direct and/or indirect leadership experience within service delivery, service operations, or a related field • Diagnostic imaging or related healthcare technology background highly preferred • Experience managing a profit/loss business • Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to generate revenue growth • Ability to create competitive strategies and plans • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Health Science, Architecture, or another related field, or equivalent combination of education and listed experience • Excellent leadership, teamwork, influencing, mentoring, coaching, and interpersonal skills • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills • Effective communication skills, including stand-up presentation skills and group facilitation • Ability to effectively interact with customers • Ability to travel for business and operate a company motor vehicle/drive; must maintain licensure and comply with fleet policy • Approximately 60% travel across the specified geography • Ability to work flexible hours • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment • Ability to lead/supervise others • Ability to comply with vendor credentialing • US work authorization required; candidates requiring current or future sponsorship will not be considered • Must reside in or within commuting distance to Minneapolis/St Paul, Minnesota, or Fargo, North Dakota
