📋 Description

• Manage daily workforce flow, scheduling issues, vacation schedules, and emergency service schedules for weekends and evenings • Work daily with dispatchers on technician scheduling, service efficiency, schedule adherence, and contracted service completion • Participate in onboarding new Service Delivery Specialists and implement/execute a training plan • Coach and empower technicians to own results and provide tools and resources to achieve them • Identify individual potential and align development activities with abilities and talents • Manage technician performance through coaching and direction under the District Manager • Review district performance with the District Manager monthly to identify improvements needed to achieve sales and profitability budgets • Work with the Parts Department on parts issues, shipping, and delivery • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations • Manage customer relationships to solve issues and demonstrate value

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree and two years people management experience, or an equivalent combination of Smart Care experience, people management, or education equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree (1.5 years’ experience = 1 year post-secondary education) • Must be able to read and write in English • Immigration sponsorship not available for this role • Preferred: Commercial kitchen equipment repair, hospitality/hotel, restaurant, or business service industry experience • Preferred: Refrigeration experience • Preferred: Prior experience monitoring/assessing performance to make improvements or take corrective action • Preferred: Proven record of meeting customer needs, quality service delivery, business objectives, and leading a field service team • Preferred: Good decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
