• Analyze and document current business processes and workflows • Identify system requirements and translate them into detailed specifications • Design and implement solutions to improve system efficiency and user experience • Support Epic, Workday, Kronos, and other healthcare applications • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for system upgrades and patches • Integrate healthcare applications across the IT portfolio, including Epic, third-party imaging applications, and AI systems • Participate strongly in smaller system implementation and upgrade projects under the direction of the Senior Systems Analyst • Contribute to system configuration and process documentation • Provide guidance on best practices • Contribute to integration between healthcare applications • Manage data integrity and security across systems • Perform data analysis and generate reports • Collaborate with architects, technical leads, Senior Systems Analysts, engineers, end users, IT teams, clinical teams, vendors, and operational leadership • Serve as a customer point of contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues • Support safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Healthcare Administration preferred • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience considered • Experience with Epic, Workday, and Kronos applications • Proven track record working on complex projects and with cross-functional teams • Experience with system integration and data migration projects • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies • Ability to liaise with managed service providers, vendors, and operational leadership • ITIL Foundation certification desired but not required • Certifications in relevant technologies such as Epic, Workday, or Microsoft • Experience in a large healthcare system or hospital setting • Experience with other healthcare applications and systems • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure • Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools • Eligible to work remotely only from Ohio
