📋 Description

• Provide didactic, clinical, and mentoring education activities • Provide effective classroom instruction using appropriate instructional technologies and ensure course outcomes are met • Collaborate on curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation • Plan, supervise, and deliver clinical instruction in lab, simulation, and real-world healthcare settings • Mentor and advise students across academic and professional development areas • Supervise doctoral students in dissertation and/or clinical inquiry projects • Participate in scholarly activities based on faculty rank • At Assistant Professor rank or higher in the practice mission, demonstrate clinical expertise and engage in inquiry and scholarship • At Assistant Professor rank or higher in the research mission, advance a research program, prepare grants, seek funding, and foster inquiry within the School of Nursing • Participate in committees, professional activities, campus activities, faculty governance, and strategic initiatives as assigned • Provide other services assigned by the supervisor in support of teaching, research, patient care, outreach, and public service

🎯 Requirements

• Lecturer: BSN • Instructor: MSN or equivalent • Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor: PhD/DNP or equivalent • Oregon RN license • Current licensure and certifications could be required depending on position and academic program • Submit a CV containing the months and years for each employment and education experience • Submit a cover letter addressing minimum and preferred qualifications • Submit a statement describing teaching, research, and scholarship interests and alignment with the OHSU mission
