📋 Description

• Manage and ensure timely completion of discrete technical or operational projects • Establish technical project requirements • Define project deliverables, budgets, and schedules • Oversee project teams through project initiation, planning, tracking, execution, and completion • Develop or maintain processes to meet programmatic needs and produce defined work products • Perform cost analysis and control • Conduct project planning and scheduling activities • Ensure work is completed as scheduled • Identify cost trends for management attention • Support project scheduling using Primavera P6, including data quality checks, integration tasks, and schedule analysis • Support project cost management using Cobra and EVMS processes • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to align solutions with project objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing, and providing innovative solutions to cost and schedule guidance for projects and programs • Advanced proficiency in Excel • Demonstrated initiative and independence; able to take a concept from idea to delivered product without heavy direction • Strong communication skills across technical and business contexts • Experience in project controls within DOE/NNSA • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous-improvement mindset • Knowledge of LANL Project Controls procedures, policies, and processes highly desirable • Knowledge of DOE O 413.3B EVMS requirements highly desirable • US Citizenship Required
