📋 Description

• Develop and execute sector strategies aligned with market priorities and firmwide goals • Oversee successful project delivery across the Energy sector • Monitor sector and team performance and identify opportunities • Coordinate staffing and capacity across business units • Maximize use of technology and innovation • Strengthen communication and coordination within the sector and across the firm • Build efficient project teams and develop staff • Identify market trends, client needs, and emerging technologies and translate insights into action • Oversee risk management strategies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards • Represent Olsson at conferences, industry forums, media interviews, and other events

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to contribute and work well with a team • Excellent communication, leadership, management, and problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, construction, planning, landscape architecture, or a related field preferred • Associate degree with equivalent experience will also be considered • 12+ years of experience in the consulting industry • 5+ years of leadership and management experience • Strong understanding of project-based consulting, financial performance, profit and loss results, resource planning, and staff utilization • Proven success attracting, developing, and retaining talented staff while building productive, high-performing teams • Ability to identify trends, plan strategically, influence technical leaders, manage risk, and communicate effectively across teams, markets, and the firm
