📋 Description

• Build, lead, and continuously develop a deployable team of operational readiness specialists across CRC, DC, Infusion Nursing, Scheduling, Clinical Administrative Assistant, Patient Navigation, IDS, and PK • Assign and manage team deployments based on site need, launch calendar, and risk signals • Establish training curricula, checklists, and standard operating procedures for onboarding new sites and remediating struggling sites • Own operational readiness plans for new site launches, including staffing ramp, workflow setup, systems onboarding, and role-specific training • Partner with site leadership to validate staffing models, space planning, and department workflows before go-live • Identify and escalate operational, staffing, quality, and safety risks to the VP, Regional Operations • Monitor site health using staffing ratios, data timeliness, quality and safety indicators, and patient volume trends • Deploy the readiness team to stabilize sites experiencing leadership vacancies, staffing shortfalls, quality or safety concerns, or rapid volume ramps • Diagnose root causes of site underperformance and implement corrective action plans • Determine when sites can transition off direct readiness team support • Serve as a point of contact for Principal Investigators during site launches and stabilizations • Align readiness team training with enterprise training standards and curricula • Coordinate readiness deployments with new site and acquisition integration milestones • Partner with Quality Assurance and Compliance leadership to mitigate site-level risk and incorporate standards into training, checklists, and stabilization playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, health administration, or other related field • CITI GCP training • Knowledge of GCP and applicable federal clinical research regulations in the United States • 5+ years of experience in clinical research operations, healthcare operations, or site management, including direct people leadership • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and clinical documentation systems • Approximately 50% travel, including extended stays to support new site launches and site stabilizations • Master's degree in health administration, nursing, or another related field preferred • Experience leading or standing up teams or departments in an oncology clinical research setting, including new site launches or site turnarounds preferred • Specialty certification in research or an associated field preferred • Demonstrated involvement in professional practice and industry advancement preferred • BLS certification preferred
