📋 Description

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous-learning activities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles • Apply clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Provide virtual clinical care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year as part of a team-based model

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of Master’s Degree in an accredited physician assistant program (MSPAS) • Maintaining an active NCCPA certification • In the past 5 years, practiced as a PA for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), or 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) • Currently licensed in AL with ability to obtain additional state licenses • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts • Ability to work current shifts ranging from 11am-10pm EST or 12pm-11pm EST • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds • Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues • Readiness to adapt behavior to meet patient needs • Authorization to work in the U.S. verified through E-Verify
