📋 Description

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles • Use specific clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states • Provide virtual clinical care in concert with primary care providers through a team-based approach

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of a master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) • Maintaining active NCCPA certification • At least 2 years in the past 5 years as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), or 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) • Currently licensed in California, with ability to obtain additional state licenses • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts; every other Saturday and/or Sunday required • Ability to work shifts ranging from 6am–5pm, 7am–6pm, and 12pm–11pm PST • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care
