📋 Description

• Treat patients through telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles • Apply clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Provide virtual clinical care in concert with patients’ primary care providers using a team-based approach

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of a master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) • Maintain active NCCPA certification • Currently licensed in DC or TX, with possibility to obtain additional state licenses • At least 2 years of Advanced Practitioner experience within the past 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages, or in urgent care/emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages • Ability to work afternoons and evenings; current shifts are 7am–6pm EST or 11am–10pm EST • 40 hours minimum weekly • Work 2 full rotating A/B weekends per month, including Saturday and Sunday • Support 2 of 4 company-observed holidays • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Ability to follow established clinical protocols and workflows • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds • Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues • Openness to feedback and reflection • Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to patient needs • Authorization to work in the United States, verified through E-Verify
