📋 Description

• Treat patients through telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles • Apply clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Provide virtual clinical care in coordination with patients’ primary care providers • Care for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through a team-based approach

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of a master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) • Maintain active NCCPA certification • At least 2 years in the past 5 years practicing as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages, or in urgent care/emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages • Currently licensed in GA, with ability to obtain additional state licenses • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts; every other Saturday and/or Sunday required • Ability to work listed shifts: 6am-5pm EST, 7am-6pm PST, 8am-7pm EST, 11am-10pm EST, or 1pm-12am EST • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds • Openness to feedback and reflection • Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues • Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to patient needs • Authorized to work in the U.S.; One Medical participates in E-Verify
