📋 Description

• Manage Salesforce user and license administration, including setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, and security permissions • Manage and resolve user support tickets through Asana • Perform Salesforce configuration changes involving workflow rules, Process Builder automation, fields, custom settings, page layouts, and record types • Create and update dashboards and reports for Salesforce programs • Support data quality initiatives and system standards • Gather and document system requirements • Conduct user training and develop onboarding and ongoing training materials • Provide departmental support to encourage Salesforce adoption • Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and updates • Maintain and support sandbox environments, including refresh cycles and testing assistance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience • At least five years’ experience working with Salesforce or a comparable CRM • Proactive approach to platform improvements and user experience • Experience creating training materials and supporting users • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred • Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and core functionality • Ability to analyze issues and determine next steps • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work independently • Commitment to ongoing skill development and learning • Commitment to live in a manner consistent with One More Child’s Christian foundational statement of faith • Personal conversion experience with Jesus Christ and scriptural baptism • Commitment to ministry through vocation • Sincere desire to seek God and His kingdom • Personal devotional practices such as Bible study, prayer, and daily meditation • Membership and regular attendance in a New Testament, evangelical Church • Engagement in witness activities • Ability to work in stressful conditions and remain focused for extended periods • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
