📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of analytics engineers building and maintaining data pipelines and analytical models • Partner with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Operations on scalable data solutions and reporting • Establish and champion data best practices, governance, and quality standards • Drive the design and optimization of data analytics infrastructure for reliability and scalability • Oversee analytics project prioritization, delivery, and stakeholder communication

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or business intelligence • At least 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role • Advanced expertise in SQL, Databricks, and dbt • Experience architecting and scaling data transformation pipelines in a modern cloud environment • Strong understanding of analytics best practices, including data modeling, testing, and documentation • Track record of collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders to deliver data-driven business impact • Experience leading and developing high-performance technical teams • Drive and proactivity • Must be currently authorized to work lawfully in the United States
