📋 Description

• Lead the design, implementation, automation, and optimization of corporate security infrastructure • Enhance security controls and align security goals with business objectives • Drive automation and self-service capabilities to maintain a strong security posture • Use Terraform and other IaC tools to maintain steady, change-managed, machine-readable enterprise configurations • Design and deploy endpoint security measures, including vulnerability management • Configure corporate SaaS security capabilities or build automations to meet OnePay standards • Mature and manage data protection controls, including DLP tools and secure data handling processes • Build secure data-sharing methods for internal teams and external partners • Collaborate with IT, Infrastructure, and Security teams to maintain critical corporate systems, availability, and compliance • Drive process improvement through automation • Develop and run incident response and disaster recovery plans, including tabletop exercises

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in enterprise security within cloud environments • Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Puppet, Chef, or Ansible • Ability to lead projects and drive measurable security improvements through automation • Scripting experience with Python, Go, and/or TypeScript • Understanding of networking, authentication standards, and security frameworks including MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, and CIS benchmarks • Hands-on experience with ZTNA and DLP solutions such as Netskope or Zscaler • Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences and influence decisions • Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n is a plus • Familiarity with modern software engineering practices, Kubernetes, AWS, TypeScript, Node, NestJS, React Native, or cloud-native stacks is helpful • Authorization to work lawfully in the United States
