📋 Description

• Process payroll settlements in clients’ Workday applications • Settle on-demand payments as requested • Maintain client-specific support documentation • Manage daily control reports • Perform Treasury exceptions • Provide Workday payroll settlement services to clients • Interface with clients to provide payroll expertise • Work closely with team members to support collective goals

🎯 Requirements

• High School graduate, GED or equivalent; higher education preferred • 1-2 years Payroll Customer Service experience • Experience in Microsoft Word • Proficiency in Excel • Knowledge of payroll and payroll processing preferred • Associates degree or higher preferred • Strong communication and customer service skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask • Detail-oriented with good time management skills • Ability to meet tight deadlines and competing demands • Excellent problem-solving and mathematical skills • Ability to use tact and discretion with customer information
