📋 Description

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing, screening, and interviews through offer negotiation and closing • Build outbound pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent mapping, and other sourcing channels • Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidate experience, motivation, communication, and overall fit • Manage candidate pipelines, interview timelines, feedback, and next steps in the ATS • Partner with hiring managers to calibrate profiles, prioritize hiring needs, and keep processes moving • Use AI and automation to improve sourcing, outreach, candidate research, and recruiting efficiency • Build candidate relationships and help drive competitive offers to close

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, executive search, or agency recruiting • Strong outbound sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills • Experience managing candidates through the full recruiting process • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills • Comfortable managing multiple roles and moving quickly in a fast-paced environment • Highly proactive, independent, and results-oriented • Interested in using AI and new recruiting tools to improve productivity • Experience recruiting for startups, technology companies, or across engineering, product, sales, marketing, or data is a plus • Must provide current city/location in the application • Sponsorship requirement must be disclosed in the application • LinkedIn URL must be provided
