📋 Description

• Build and run workshops that teach creators to grow independently, including topics, learning goals, speakers, and materials • Keep the creator network connected through in-person gatherings across the United States and Israel and daily communication via email, Discord, and WhatsApp • Manage Amplified’s social engagement across DMs, comments, and inquiries on all platforms and channels • Support sourcing efforts, screening calls, and onboarding for new creators • Nurture partnerships supporting program evolution, including fundraising, conventions, and community events • Track creator achievements and develop testimonials and impact stories for donor reports

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of community management • Knowledge of social media as a practitioner • Professional writing and communication skills • Self-starter and collaborator • Comfortable in Jewish and Israeli spaces and knowledgeable about the communal landscape • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Instagram, and AI tools such as Claude • Event planning for large-scale activations or conferences (bonus) • Social or digital media strategy experience (bonus) • Program management experience (bonus) • Basic Hebrew (bonus)
