📋 Description

• Own Systems & Formulary, including SKU/formulary builds, state-by-state routing, and integration health across ordering and partner systems • Own the partner-pharmacy network, including relationships, capacity, pricing, sourcing, onboarding, and 50-state coverage • Own end-to-end order fulfillment, including exception resolution, carrier and cold-chain issues, and returns • Drive fulfillment-network turnaround SLAs while balancing service, quality, and cost • Redesign exception handling to reduce manual backlog • Partner daily with Product and Engineering to translate operational problems into requirements and drive scalable tooling • Rebuild pharmacy order-flow and partner-side processes for scale, including Patient Support and credentialing workflows • Build documentation and reference infrastructure for SKU composition, temperature and handling requirements, and processes • Own operational readiness for new products and formulations, including testing, state coverage, SKU build-out, and launches • Partner with Quality & Compliance on audit and inspection readiness under cGMP and state-board scrutiny • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team across Systems & Formulary and Network & Fulfillment Operations • Hire, manage performance, define ownership, and reduce key-person risk • Champion automation and technology to streamline workflows and improve data capture • Report to the VP, Pharmacy Operations & Supply Chain and partner with the peer Director of Demand & Supply Planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 8+ years in operations, fulfillment, systems, or pharmacy operations • 4+ years leading teams, including managing managers or leads • Proven people leadership across analytical/systems and operational or vendor-facing teams • Experience hiring, building teams, and managing performance directly • Demonstrated success scaling a high-volume operations or fulfillment function through rapid growth • Experience partnering with Product or Engineering on operational tooling, including requirements, prioritization, scope tradeoffs, and validation • Experience establishing processes, documentation, and repeatable systems • Experience owning a configuration, routing, or order-flow layer with customer or patient consequences • Comfort operating across order-routing, API, and integration environments • Vendor and network management experience • Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication • Comfort in a fast-moving, flat-structure environment with many concurrent priorities • Preferred: 503A compounding pharmacy or pharmacy/healthcare/regulated-industry background • Preferred: familiarity with pharmacy management systems and order-routing/API integration environments • Preferred: cold-chain or temperature-controlled fulfillment experience • Preferred: continuous-improvement or Lean background, Six Sigma or similar, and regulated-operations audit or inspection readiness experience
