📋 Description

• Own the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for OpenLoop’s Medical Weight Loss program • Define program metrics, strategic bets, sequencing, and operating goals • Defend the roadmap to the executive team and adjust it based on market conditions and data • Verify that deliverables match the strategic plan; escalate, re-scope, or re-align when they do not • Translate company-level OKRs into program-level targets for clinical quality, patient outcomes, client retention, unit economics, and growth velocity • Make build, buy, and partner decisions using data, scenarios, and recommendations • Align Clinical, Product, Engineering, Pharmacy, RCM, Implementation, Marketing, and Client Success teams behind the program direction • Own the program narrative for senior leadership and run program reviews • Guide and prioritize Program Managers supporting the program • Serve as the executive escalation point for major client questions and program-level commitments • Synthesize client feedback, regulatory developments, and competitor activity into roadmap decisions • Drive commercial outcomes by partnering with Commercial and Client Success to ensure the program is sellable, expandable, and retainable

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience owning programs, products, or operating units in healthcare, digital health, health tech, or closely adjacent fields • At least 3 years setting strategy and owning a roadmap end-to-end • Direct experience with medical weight loss or closely adjacent care models • Ability to quickly build deep fluency in GLP-1 therapies, clinical eligibility criteria, formulary dynamics, and the regulatory landscape • Track record of strategy ownership, not just execution • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership • Strong commercial and analytical instincts • Exceptional written communication • Experience working at hypergrowth velocity while maintaining documentation, protocols, and clinical/operational rigor • Rigorous attention to clinical, regulatory, and data-security standards • Strong compliance instinct, including documentation, escalation pathways, and audit-readiness • Must answer the required visa sponsorship question; the posting does not otherwise specify a work-authorization requirement
