📋 Description

• Prepare, review, and submit accurate membership fee payments to partners in a timely manner • Manage accounts receivable, including posting payments and responding to inquiries • Ensure compliance with payer requirements, industry regulations, and company policies • Collaborate with providers, clients, and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies • Generate financial and operational reports related to billing and collections • Support process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline billing processes • Perform other duties as assigned • Own billing activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts • Interpret commercial contracts, calculate fees and payout distributions, and prepare accurate invoices and payments • Monitor cash-pay transaction activity

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in billing operations, client billing, accounts receivable, revenue operations, or a related function • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions such as VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP • Hands-on experience supporting a cash-pay or customer-pay business model and transaction activity outside insurance reimbursement workflows • Ability to interpret varied client contracts and accurately apply pricing, fee, and payout terms • Resourceful problem-solving skills and adaptability to new systems, automation, and approved AI-enabled workflows • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong customer service skills supporting internal and external stakeholders • Ability to work independently in a collaborative, fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Familiarity with automation tools and reporting dashboards • Experience with Stripe and/or similar platforms preferred • Demonstrated success creating standard operating procedures, documenting billing policies, and building control checks into financial workflows preferred • Ability to maintain continuous billing operations during key team transitions or long-term coverage needs preferred • Candidates located in Mountain, Central, or Eastern time zones preferred
