📋 Description

• Provide technical and sales support to customers, clients, dealers, and partners • Deliver pre-sales technical support by asking appropriate questions and presenting relevant solution examples for manufacturing challenges • Deploy software and provide comprehensive post-sales customer training • Troubleshoot complex technical issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders • Support sales growth and contribute to increased revenue • Monitor market trends and align activities with schedules • Ensure timely fulfillment of commitments • Manage and prioritize multiple support requests and projects

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3+ years of manufacturing and/or CNC programming experience • Experience programming multiple parts, materials, and metal-removing processes • In-depth knowledge of CNC machining, CNC control systems, and CNC machine tools • Knowledge of CAD/CAM software • Experience with milling and turning machines; multi-axis preferred • Proficiency in using and troubleshooting software applications • Strong GD&T knowledge • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office Tools and familiarity with Salesforce • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Resilience in managing and prioritizing multiple support requests and projects • Self-motivated, independent, and highly goal-oriented • Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and solutions • Must be located in US West • Valid driving license • Flexibility to travel domestically and occasionally internationally
