🎯 Requirements

• At least 3+ years of Manufacturing (machine tool operator, precision mechanic, toolmaker, mechanical engineer) and/or CNC programming experience of multiple parts, materials, and metal removing processes. • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of CNC machining, CNC control systems, CNC machine tools. • Knowledge of CAD/CAM software. • Experience with milling and turning machines (multi-axis preferred). • Proficient in using and troubleshooting software applications. • Strong GD&T (Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing) knowledge. • Excellent computer skills (MS Office Tools, familiarity with Salesforce). • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and other stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset to identify and resolve complex technical issues. • Strong organizational, time management skills and a good dose of resilience to manage and prioritize multiple support requests and projects/missions. • Self-motivated individual who demonstrates independence and is highly goal oriented. • Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and solutions. • Valid driving license. • Flexibility to travel domestically, and travel internationally occasionally.
