📋 Description

• Own the agent platform roadmap end to end across Harness, Code, Eval, Intern, and Desktop • Define target users, competitive positioning, investment priorities, and strategy across coding, cloud, and desktop agents • Position Ori as an open reference implementation for the multi-model market • Take new tools from waitlist and private testing to general availability • Work with design partners, drive internal dogfooding, and instrument adoption, retention, and spend • Develop model switching, provider fallbacks, tool dependencies, organizational guardrails, and eval-driven model selection • Own agent experience across installation, authentication, CLI UX, harness configuration, secrets, connections, and app interfaces • Collaborate with go-to-market and platform teams to turn user and enterprise signals into roadmap priorities • Identify and push API and SDK gaps into the core product

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or founder experience building developer tools, agent products, or infrastructure for technical users • Track record taking a product from prototype to paying users • Daily fluency with coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Hermes, or OpenCode • Ability to read code, run the CLI, inspect traces, and reason about agent loops, tool calling, context management, evals, and model cost, latency, and quality tradeoffs • Experience shipping technical products where interaction details matter • Ability to talk to users, prototype, ship, and iterate on a small team • Founder or early employee experience at a developer tools or agent company is nice to have • Experience with multi-agent systems, agent skills or memory, evals and benchmarking products is nice to have • Experience shipping Slack apps or native desktop apps, or growing products for developer and non-developer users is nice to have • Existing OpenRouter user or active AI tooling side projects is nice to have
