📋 Description

• Define and operate the standard provider lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding, activation, QBR, and renewal, with stage gates, owners, and SLAs • Build and maintain the provider tiering framework determining provider classification, benefits, and expectations • Create scalable systems including templates, playbooks, self-serve onboarding, and automated provider communications • Execute program-wide changes such as re-papering all providers, launching tiers, and rolling out compliance attestations • Operate MPEAP and verified/certified provider tracks from intake criteria through ongoing management • Maintain an auditable compliance cadence for SLAs, attestations, and provider obligations • Run team reviews, reporting, and the operating cadence • Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Security to unblock providers and deliver program improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and running programs or strategy at a large, complex organization • Ability to impose structure on ambiguity • Highly organized systems thinker who turns recurring work into repeatable, automatable processes • Experience owning cross-functional operations spanning Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Security • Ability to drive initiatives to closure without formal authority • High agency, end-to-end ownership, and bias to ship • Ability to move fast and thrive in a small, fast-moving team with fluid boundaries • Strong written communication skills for creating clear documents, playbooks, and communications • Familiarity with the AI ecosystem, model labs, and inference providers is a bonus
