• Lead all core areas of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards, and development initiatives • Act as the primary HR partner across Canada and the U.S. • Support a globally distributed workforce • Partner with leadership on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee experience • Ensure HR practices align with applicable employment legislation and business needs • Establish and refine HR processes, policies, and frameworks to support ongoing growth
• Proven experience leading HR in a multi-region environment (Canada/U.S.) • Comfortable operating in both strategic and hands-on capacities • Demonstrated ability to build, implement, and scale HR programs • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting senior leadership • Sound judgment, autonomy, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving • Background Experience within manufacturing environments is preferred • Exposure to growth-oriented or evolving organizations is an asset • Open to a range of experience levels, with emphasis on capability and impact
