📋 Description

• Design and implement strategies for deployment, configuration, and management of endpoint devices • Design solutions that enhance endpoint performance, security, and user experience • Design and implement modern endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Endpoint, Entra ID, and cloud-based management platforms • Automate device provisioning, software distribution, and updates using endpoint management tools • Ensure endpoint devices comply with security policies and standards • Implement and manage endpoint protection solutions against malware and unauthorized access • Leverage cloud technologies to deploy, configure, and manage endpoints and integrate cloud-based applications and services • Develop and enforce security policies and practices for modern work environments • Optimize endpoint performance and access to applications and resources in remote or hybrid settings • Provide advanced support, including remote troubleshooting and resolution of complex endpoint issues • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve critical incidents and integrate new technologies • Stay current with modern work and endpoint management trends • Assess and recommend new tools, solutions, and improvements to endpoint systems and processes • No supervisory responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or 5+ years equivalent professional experience • Extensive experience with endpoint management, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting • Proficiency in endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, SCCM, and operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux • Extensive experience with modern endpoint management technologies and cloud-based solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 • Strong knowledge of contemporary work tools and platforms, including collaboration software and remote work solutions • Proficiency in security practices and technologies relevant to modern work environments • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with end users and IT teams in a remote or hybrid setting • Relevant certifications are highly desirable • Proficiency with PowerShell automation for endpoint administration, deployment, reporting, and remediation • Strong knowledge of enterprise identity and access management, including SSO, federation services, and third-party identity provider integrations • Experience planning, executing, and supporting migrations from Active Directory to Microsoft Entra ID • Experience modernizing Group Policy through custom ADMX templates, configuration policies, and migration of legacy GPO settings to Microsoft Intune • Hands-on experience managing endpoints across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, including configuration profiles, device compliance policies, Conditional Access, security baselines, Windows Autopilot, and Windows Update Rings • Strong understanding of endpoint security, infrastructure remediation, vulnerability management, and platform compliance requirements • Experience conducting application portfolio assessments, rationalization, packaging, deployment, and lifecycle management, including application migrations from SCCM/MECM to Microsoft Intune • Ability to develop and maintain operational models for application update management, software distribution, endpoint governance, security posture, and application reliability • Travel may be required or as needed
