📋 Description

• Serve as an integral member of Optro’s expanding legal team • Focus primarily on Enterprise deals and support West Coast Area Directors and their teams • Independently lead legal negotiations with customers • Provide general guidance on subscription agreements, data processing agreements, partner agreements, and vendor agreements • Shape initiatives to streamline Optro’s contracting process as the company scales

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of in-house transactional experience with direct interaction with customers, partners, vendors, internal stakeholders, and executives • 5+ years of experience negotiating SaaS agreements, amendments, and order forms with enterprise customers • Understanding of the full contract lifecycle from NDA and internal approvals through signature • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency editing and managing contracts using Microsoft Office and Google Product Suites • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks to completion within required time frames • Flexibility to address unique issues in real time and know when to involve others • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence • Background check required
