📋 Description

• Own and drive the development, execution, and expansion of Optro’s global compensation strategy and localized pay structures • Champion and leverage AI tools to drive insights and predictive analytics for leadership and managers • Lead the development and scaling of global pay structures, job families, localized pay bands, and total rewards frameworks • Conduct global market benchmarking and compensation analyses using industry surveys and external data • Partner with People leaders, Finance, and executive leadership on compensation structures and incentive plans • Advise People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on job pricing, external offers, promotions, and out-of-cycle adjustments • Oversee administration of merit, bonus, and equity planning cycles and global communications using HRIS resources • Drive compensation analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation to evaluate pay equity and workforce trends • Lead design, implementation, and governance of short-term incentive plans, LTIP, and recognition/retention programs • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations, including pay transparency laws • Manage external vendor relationships as required • Develop and deliver training, documentation, and coaching for managers and leadership on compensation philosophy and policies

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Total Rewards/Compensation • Proven experience scaling a global company • Experience working within a fast-growing global SaaS or tech company is strongly preferred • Workday Compensation experience is strongly preferred • Ability to challenge senior leaders on compensation decisions that do not align with high-performance philosophies • Background checks are required • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the job is based • Must indicate whether employment sponsorship or immigration support will be required
