• Establish HCP/office understanding of access services and support, including patient-specific coverage, channel acquisition, and site-of-care options such as infusion centers • Support identification of potential patient treatment sites, site onboarding, and ongoing site account management • Ensure optimal patient access and effective account- and patient-level pull-through • Monitor patient compliance and adherence to treatment • Build collaborative relationships with Regeneron colleagues, including Regional Directors and Account Specialists • Educate physician offices on coverage and coding of Regeneron products • Participate in daily case update meetings with the HUB and communicate case status to field partners • Support sales partners by distributing reimbursement materials and assisting physician offices, infusion centers, and HUB program partners • Plan territory coverage and manage time efficiently across the assigned geographic area • Support prescribing/treating healthcare providers and office staff in obtaining timely access to Regeneron's rare disease products • Roll out reimbursement information updates and brand-specific strategies • Collaborate and integrate with cross-functional partners
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university • 5-10 years' pharmaceutical/biotech/device experience • Required experience in rare disease and cardiometabolic diseases, including Homozygous Familial Hypercholesterolemia • Market access experience preferred, such as field reimbursement, account management, marketing, or trade • Strong preference for Buy & Bill and Specialty Pharmacy experience • Previous rare disease experience preferred • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills • Understanding of how to identify issues/concerns and communicate effectively, especially across functional areas • Knowledge of private payer (MCO), Medicare, and Medicaid structures, systems, methodology, reimbursement policies and processes • Proven ability to lead multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines • Willingness to travel up to 30-40%
