📋 Description

• Prepare and process customer invoices in Deltek Vantagepoint in accordance with contract terms and company policies • Submit invoices and supporting documentation into customer-specific billing portals • Apply incoming payments to customer accounts and promptly resolve discrepancies • Monitor outstanding balances and support or lead collections efforts, as needed • Respond to internal and external billing inquiries, resolving invoice issues in a timely manner • Collaborate with project managers and operations to maintain accurate billing data • Process labor time adjustments to support accurate project cost allocation and billing • Support process improvements related to billing and accounts receivable workflows • Assist with reporting, month-end close activities, and special projects, as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with billing or accounts receivable • Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel skills preferred • Aptitude for numbers and ability to analyze financial data • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills • Ability to manage record-keeping and maintain accurate documentation • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Degree in Accounting or equivalent from an accredited university (preferred) • Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint (preferred)
