📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support accounting professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development • Review financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close activities for accuracy and completeness • Manage team workloads, prioritize deadlines, and maintain high-quality client deliverables • Serve as a trusted resource for clients, addressing complex accounting questions and providing financial insights • Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows, strengthen internal processes, and increase team efficiency • Collaborate with leadership to implement improvements and support continued growth • Help small-business owners understand their finances and make confident business decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience • 2+ years of direct supervisory experience managing accounting professionals and reviewing their work • Experience in a CPA firm, CAS firm, outsourced accounting firm, or comparable multi-client accounting environment • Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online, including financial statement reviews, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets • Applicants must reside in the United States within the Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones • QuickBooks Online certification preferred • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred • Experience with small-business advisory services or law firm accounting is a plus
