🎯 Requirements

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing • 2+ years of estate planning experience • Established, portable book of business valued at $350,000+ • Strong background in estate planning, wills, trusts, and client counseling • Entrepreneurial mindset • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
