📋 Description

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting • Use prescriptive authority under a collaborative practice agreement, consulting and partnering with Physicians for comprehensive care, especially for complex patients • Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed-loop communication with patients and other providers • Use remote home monitoring equipment, remote physical exam, and remote point-of-care diagnostic tools for virtual examinations • Participate in a collaborative care model with registered nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, behavioral health clinicians, and clinical supervisors where applicable • Participate in huddles, case conferencing, regular service line All Hands, and other required meetings • Provide feedback to improve operational workflows and product features • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Perform other duties as assigned • Report to the Director, Virtual Health Assessment

🎯 Requirements

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program • Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC) • 3+ years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care • 2+ years of experience delivering virtual care • Licensed in a minimum of 2 core Oscar States • Must have FL License • Compact RN license if an APRN is a bonus qualification • Experience working with remote diagnostic and home monitoring tools is a bonus qualification • Able and willing to obtain additional licensure in Oscar Medical Group states
