📋 Description

• Create, analyze, and evaluate existing business processes • Identify areas for improvement and develop and implement process improvement strategies • Conduct process mapping, data collection, and bottleneck analysis • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and determine process improvement objectives • Create process documentation, standard operating procedures, and workflow diagrams • Facilitate process improvement workshops and meetings • Lead or participate in process improvement projects and ensure successful implementation • Monitor and track process performance using metrics and tools • Prepare and present reports and recommendations to management • Collaborate with Technology, Product, and Engineering teams on process automation opportunities • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging process management trends • Comply with applicable laws and regulations and perform other duties as assigned • Report to the Director, Process Improvement

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience • 3+ years of work experience in process management, process improvement or similar • 3+ years of professional experience in provider data or provider network operations within a health insurance company • 2+ years of experience using process management methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar frameworks • 2+ years of experience with end-to-end process management and mapping • 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, Python or other data analytics tools • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or another related field • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
