📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end corporate development execution across M&A, investments, divestitures, and strategic partnerships. • Source targets, map markets, perform valuation and financial modeling, conduct diligence, negotiate transactions, prepare approval materials, manage closing, and plan integration. • Partner with operators to define integration plans, synergy/value-capture targets, post-close KPIs, and governance. • Develop and manage thesis-driven sourcing strategies, target universes, build/buy/partner recommendations, and prioritized opportunity pipelines. • Lead sophisticated, long-term, enterprise-wide financial and capital modeling for growth initiatives and capital allocation. • Evaluate strategic growth initiatives, including new market entries and business lines, with the Corporate Strategy team. • Comply with applicable laws and regulations. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. • 12+ years of progressive experience in analytical financial roles, with significant leadership responsibilities. • 10+ years of demonstrated ability using expert financial modeling skills to translate complex data into actionable insights, robust strategies, and comprehensive financial plans, particularly in a corporate development context. • 8+ years of significant corporate development experience, including direct involvement in M&A financial modeling, valuation, and negotiation. • 7+ years of experience collaborating, influencing, and presenting at the executive level, including direct interaction with C-suite and Board members. • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
