📋 Description

• Lead a team of direct and indirect reports focused on negotiating, executing, and analyzing healthcare provider contracts • Maintain and enhance provider networks while meeting accessibility, quality, and financial goals • Handle dispute resolution and settlement negotiations • Collaborate with providers, hospitals, and health systems to achieve contracting outcomes • Support cost-saving initiatives and provider network growth for a defined market or region • Drive contracting strategies with Market Leaders • Negotiate complex provider contracts and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements • Oversee contracting managers, associates, and specialists through leadership, mentorship, performance monitoring, and development • Review and analyze provider contracts to identify improvement and optimization opportunities • Implement contracting policies and workflows • Monitor network performance, cost, and provider satisfaction metrics and report to leadership • Resolve provider issues related to contract terms, reimbursement, and network participation • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers • Comply with applicable laws and regulations • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in healthcare network contracting, including executing contracts with health systems, hospitals or national providers, provider relations, or network management • 4+ years of experience managing complex Provider Network strategies and negotiating complex contracts • 3+ years of leadership experience • 3+ years experience in Health Insurance (Individual and/or Medicare Advantage) and/or Healthcare industry • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional working experience (bonus points)
