📋 Description

• Collaborate and communicate closely with the Team Leader to develop and drive department objectives and responsibilities • Coordinate with peers to identify learning needs • Develop and actively implement learning experiences that strengthen customer-facing field personnel capabilities and drive business growth • Work cross-functionally with Brand teams, Field Leadership, Medical, internal stakeholders, and external vendors • Ensure Field Training and Development programs and deliverables align with brand and company strategies • Assess needs and develop targeted training programs supporting commercial business objectives • Design, develop, and implement field personnel training programs in various formats • Assess training effectiveness and create follow-up programs supporting learning transfer and continuous field personnel development • Evaluate and recommend vendor training resources and programs • Develop mutually beneficial training programs with co-promotion partners and Training Managers • Align, adapt, and manage conflict to build consensus and influence desired outcomes • Lead, manage up, and navigate a fast-paced, complex, matrixed business environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience • Two years of training and/or people leadership/management experience (preferred) • Rare Renal experience (preferred) • Experience utilizing adult learning concepts, state-of-the-art training techniques, and proven management principles (preferred) • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems, e-learning applications, and internet-based support tools (preferred) • Demonstrated project management skills (preferred) • Knowledge of pharmaceutical, medical, and managed care environments (preferred) • Ability to act independently and handle multiple priorities and assignments simultaneously • Self-motivation and ability to independently initiate and deliver projects • Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables • Training Manager competencies at a Demonstrating/Mastery level: Strategic Partnership, Project Management, Instructional Design, Facilitation, and Coaching • Ability to travel 35%
