📋 Description

• Write complete and accurate Xactimate invoices for completed water, mold, and fire restoration jobs within 24 hours of completion • Compile supporting documentation, including photos and moisture logs • Submit complete claim files to insurance carriers within 48 hours • Conduct claim follow-ups on a fixed, alternating bi-weekly schedule • Secure full claim payment and reduce average days-to-payment across the portfolio • Coordinate with Project Managers to align scope, documentation, and job status throughout the claims process

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of property insurance claims • Ability to meticulously manage high volumes of active files • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to identify discrepancies and handle adjuster pushback • Ability to reach out to clients to collect private payments • Highly organized and able to meet strict write-up and submission deadlines • Proven hands-on experience with Xactimate estimating and sketching • Familiarity with restoration platforms such as DASH, Encircle, CompanyCam, or Jobber • Highly reliable internet connection • Prepared to work securely on own device, potentially utilizing a VPN
