âą Own the company's overarching messaging framework and value proposition across products and services âą Build and maintain the voice-of-customer program and translate insights into messaging, positioning, and product recommendations âą Review and approve product messaging âą Craft the core narrative and value proposition for Yondr's Education segment âą Direct market and competitive intelligence efforts and track competitors and market trends âą Synthesize research into strategic recommendations for senior leadership âą Identify market opportunities and risks and advise on positioning and portfolio strategy âą Support Yondr's distributed sales team with competitive updates, objection-handling guidance, and messaging âą Build sales enablement tools, including presentations, competitive battle cards, and training materials âą Partner with Sales leadership to identify enablement gaps and deliver training âą Lead, coach, and mentor product marketing team members âą Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership on go-to-market planning âą Represent product marketing in cross-functional planning and executive strategy discussions âą Establish best practices, processes, and standards for product marketing âą Contribute to go-to-market strategy for product and service launches âą Support launch roadmap and prioritization with Product Management, Sales, and executive stakeholders âą Define launch success metrics and report performance to leadership
âą Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus âą 8-12 years of experience in product marketing or product management, including experience leading or managing others âą Experience within K-12, Higher Education, or related Education markets âą Proven track record leading go-to-market strategy and product launches at scale âą Demonstrated experience managing and developing direct reports âą Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to shape company-wide messaging âą Strong executive presence, with experience presenting strategy and recommendations to senior leadership âą Advanced market research and competitive analysis skills âą Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills âą Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational abilities âą Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
