📋 Description

• Assist with project safety compliance efforts. • Support the understanding and distribution of job cost information and project estimates. • Contribute to project sequencing and scheduling efforts. • Help track project progress and participate in the analysis of production. • Assist in project cost reporting and other administrative duties. • Support material/equipment procurement processes. • Help manage change order requests and tracking. • Coordinate with general contractors/owners under supervision. • Assist with reporting requirements, including field time and productivity, materials, safety, and other relevant aspects. • Learn and comply with company standards and industry regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or at least four years of relevant construction experience. • Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, MS Project, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. • Basic knowledge of construction software, such as Procore, Bluebeam, CMIC, etc. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. • Eagerness to learn, improve, and contribute to a team. • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety and quality. • Ability to adapt to different roles and requirements within the project lifecycle.
