📋 Description

• Analyze supplier data using multiple software applications to identify and resolve statement and unvouchered receipt issues • Partner with suppliers, Supply Chain Management, and Distribution Centers to monitor, document, resolve, and escalate account discrepancies • Lead conference calls and collaborate with supplier partners to resolve issues and drive continuous process improvements • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely and fiscally responsible manner • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports to reconcile accounts and communicate potential financial exposure to leadership • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment • Support Accounts Payable and accounting functions while partnering with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial operations

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not required • Two or more years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience, including issue resolution, preferred • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
