📋 Description

• Complete timely and accurate vendor set-ups and updates in Owens & Minor systems • Ensure vendor master data complies with internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements • Generate required reports for the Accounts Payable Department • Respond to inquiries regarding the disposition of Accounts Payable items • Coordinate vendor master data requests from business submission through confirmation in SAP, Oracle, or Workday • Validate vendor master data requests against business policies and procedures • Support investigation and resolution of vendor master data issues • Coordinate complex change requests to prevent business-process disruption • Monitor requests daily to ensure timely workflow, updates, and payment • Administer and support tools, forms, and workflow systems for vendor master data requests • Assist with annual 1099 reporting reconciliation • Generate and analyze reports on vendor change activity • Assist Internal Audit by pulling proper documentation

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required • 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable, vendor master data, or a related discipline required • Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of tax regulations such as 1099 and VAT and SOX compliance is a plus
